About Me

I am Tony Cletus, a Builder deeply grounded in full-stack development, continuous learning, and exploring the unknown. I am the Founder and Program Manager at Programmify, a platform I started to give students the practical, hands-on experience I wished I had when starting out, which has now grown into a space where I build the builders of tomorrow. Beyond my startup experience, I am perpetually curious. I study AI model infrastructure, explore agentic engineering (regularly working with AI coding agents like Claude Code, OpenCode, Cursor, Antigravity, Qwen 3 Coder, and Lovable), and constantly research new paradigms of intelligence. I am driven by an unending desire to build, I hate being bored, so I am always tinkering, trying, breaking, and learning.

My roots are in Africa, and I am deeply passionate about identifying gaps where AI and technology can solve critical problems, even in regions with limited infrastructure. This drives my heavy research focus on projects like AANI. I value family, culture, and writing occasionally. In the past, I worked extensively as a marketer, giving me a unique edge in product growth. Looking toward the future, my curiosity extends to hardware, robotics, and even the universe and space exploration. I build independently with the hope that my research and creations will one day produce breakthroughs that change humanity, particularly for the Global South.

I started exploring web development in 2014 through no-code platforms, driven by curiosity, and transitioned into coding in 2016, building foundational programming skills that evolved into full-stack capabilities.
